“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes” - Carl Jung
My approach to therapy is holistic, focusing on the importance of mind, body and emotional wellness, while drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief therapy (SFBT) modalities as a way to build resilience and create positive change. I am committed to creating a supportive and non-judgemental environment for my clients where they become empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Together we can challenge unhelpful thoughts and patters that are getting in the way of embracing your identity, as well as uncovering core strengths and building strategies to achieve personal goals and foster healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
I focus on helping people who are struggling with common life challenges such as grief, trauma, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. My approach aims to address painful experiences by promoting self-discovery and growth through body, mind and emotional awareness. If you are someone who feels disconnected from your true self and unfulfilled in relationships, I am here to support you in your journey to explore these areas together without judgment. My goal is to help clients develop the skills required to cultivate self-acceptance, personal strength and confidence. You don’t have to face this alone – book a free consultation and let me help you in this journey.
I started my professional education by completing my undergraduate degree in Communications at Capilano University. This degree offered me invaluable lessons on the importance of effective communication and has supported my stance on building meaningful relationships to support clients in therapy.
I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University where I have learned and practiced various therapeutic modalities which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills needed to provide the best client-centered care possible.

In my personal life I find joy in spending quality time with family and friends, exploring nature, and traveling the world. Growing up in BC, I have always been drawn to the outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, camping or paddleboarding, being in nature offers me a sense of grounding and fulfilment. These moments of stillness and connection with friends and family help me to stay present and appreciate the beauty of human relationships.
I believe my experiences travelling have shaped who I am and have allowed me to step outside of my comfort zone, experience different cultures, and gain new perspectives. Each trip broadens my understanding of the world and my sense of self. These experiences have enriched my ability to connect with clients from all walks of life, helping me approach therapy with openness, curiosity, and empathy. This has also fuelled my passion for helping others find balance and meaning in their own lives.
