I am originally from the Maritimes, born and raised in Nova Scotia, but was drawn to BC for the nature and have called Vancouver Island home for 12 years now.
Often at my side is a sweet little mini-dachshund named Hanz, who sometimes joins as a furry co-therapist :)
I enjoy yoga, travel, nature and time outside, dancing, and warm cups of herbal tea.
